From Kaiser to Keyspan, and from Nellie Bly to Calvert Vaux, Coney Island parks provide a variety of green spaces and entertainment options for residents and visitors throughout the peninsula. Several plans are underway to make these parks even better in the next few years, including new handball courts, new volleyball courts and a new amphitheater at Asser Levy, the Coney Island Center.

In addition, the planned rezoning would expand the length of contiguous parkland along the boardwalk, permanently protecting land stretching from Asser Levy to Keyspan Park for amusement and recreation.
